Our experienced team of MS professionals are ready to support and maintain customer network /equipment based on commercially agreed KPIs within the contracted SLA. Our Customer Service Center “CSC” will handle customer trouble tickets and assign the required personnel to restore the system.
Maintenance & Support Services
AlwadiComs provides a full emergency maintenance and repair service, alongside comprehensive and individually tailored preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. The support service can also include the supply of spare parts.
